What is your return policy?
We offer items to be returned for exchange or your money back if the item is grossly misrepresented or damaged prior to shipping. We ask that the customer please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to express their concern/concerns and that the item be packaged and reshipped immediately. Items that are not received within 7 days will NOT get a refund. Please keep in mind, I do inspect all items prior to shipping. I am human and might make a mistake but, I do NOT ship defective merchandise.
How long does shipping take?
I ask that customer's please allow 3-10 business days to receive their items. I do ship with tracking and confirmation absolutely FREE to the customer. Any items that have not been received in the according delivery time, will be tracked and if it is not located the item will be replaced absolutely free or the customer will be refunded.
What company do you use to ship items?
I use USPS first class or priority mail on most orders. I do however use UPS to ship most large quantity orders or heavier items as it is the cheapest method for those types of orders.
